What will you learn during the 1:1 Boxing coaching.

For our 1:1 boxing training I will bring you on a journey through the fundamentals of boxing all the
way through to advanced techniques depending on the progress and level which you are starting at.


This boxing training will not only teach you sweet science behind boxing but will also help you
defend yourself which in result will make you feel safer and more confident in your own skin.

Options that I offer

6-12 Week S&C Training Program with 1:1 Coaching

This option includes weekly training program, plan of action, nutritional advice and 1 training session
with me at the gym. I will create a program that will go hand in hand with your training. The program
will be carefully designed not to compromise your performance during your combat specific training

in order to maximize results.

Our training session could be either boxing specific or program related. It all depends on what you

think is more beneficial for you.

This is the most popular option as it provides you with a realistic deadline for achieving your goal. It

will keep you motivated and determined to stick to your training and diet.

6-12 Week S&C Training Program with Video Demonstrations

This option includes weekly training program, plan of action, nutritional advice and video

demonstrations of all the exercises given to you in the program.

This is a popular option as many of us are very busy and might not be as flexible.

This option gives you the freedom of working around your own schedule and last minute changes!

PAYG Boxing Sessions (Pay As You Go)

Take the session week by week with me if you don’t feel like you are ready to commit to a set
program or perhaps you have a program already in place given by your coach.
