What will you learn during the 1:1 Personal Training.

If you would like me to join you on the gym floor to assist you throughout your training, that’s no
problem at all! I am situated in Empower Fitness Carlow, Ireland. That’s where I do all my sessions

with the clients, so you are more than welcome to join me here!

It is important to remember that everyone who has been going to the gym had to start somewhere
and everyone trains/progresses at their own pace. If you are only starting and you are unsure about
the gym equipment or any part of the training in general, I am here to help you through it and show

you everything that you will need to know.

On the other hand, if online coaching is something that would suit you better, I can arrange that also!

It is important to remember that everyone that has been going to the gym had to start somewhere
and everyone trains/progresses at their own pace.

If you are only starting and you are unsure about the gym equipment or any part of the training in general, I am here to help you through it and show you everything that you will need to know.

I will be there to help you with smashing the goals that you have set out for yourself, hit all the reps,
targets that I lay out for you during our sessions! Whatever the goal… We will achieve it!

Options that I offer

6-12 Week Training Program with 1:1 Coaching

This option includes weekly training program, plan of action, nutritional advice and 1 training session with me at the gym.

This is the most popular option as it provides you with a realistic deadline for achieving your goal.

It will keep you motivated and determined to stick to your training and diet.

6-12 Week Training Program with Video Demonstrations

This option includes weekly training program, plan of action, nutritional advice and video

demonstrations of all the exercises given to you in the program.

This is a popular option as many of us are very busy and might not be as flexible. This option gives
you the freedom of working around your own schedule and last minute changes!

PAYG sessions (Pay As You Go)

Take the session week by week with me if you don’t feel like you are ready to commit to a set

program but you still want to stay active!
